My name is Linda, and I have been making and designing cakes since 1991. I take my business seriously and have a Food Hygiene Certificate to prove it. As a member of The British Sugarcraft Guild, I am always attending different courses and shows to keep up to date on all the latest methods and design, which are constantly coming onto the market.

My wedding cakes are tailor-made to each bride’s specifications. All flowers on the cake are individually handmade, using “flower paste” or “porcelain paste”. Cakes provided can be rich, mature fruitcake, or a light moist sponge cake, both are available in a variety of shapes, traditional or novelty. The sponge cake is available in a range of popular flavours including plain, chocolate, Madeira, coffee, lemon and carrot.
